Overview
If you change your mind, you can return an artwork within 30 days, as long as it is in its original condition. If something arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and I will put things right. Commissions are non-returnable except in the case of damage in transit.
Returns (change of mind)
I hope you are delighted with your artwork. However, if you decide it is not right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be in original condition
- It must be carefully repacked to ensure it arrives safely
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the artwork remains your responsibility until it arrives back safely.
Damaged or faulty items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me atinfo@sarahle-fevre.art as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of:
- the artwork
- the packaging
Once confirmed, you will be offered:
- a full refund, or
- a replacement (if you prefer)
Return shipping in these cases should be insured, and I will work with you to ensure the process is straightforward.
Commissions
Commissioned works are created specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable.
The only exception is if the artwork is damaged in transit, in which case the same process as above applies.
If a commissioned work is collected in person, it is considered accepted at the point of handover and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once a returned artwork has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded (except in the case they are damaged in transit).

- the artwork you wish to return
- the reason for return

A note on packaging
Where possible, please retain the original packaging until you are sure you wish to keep the artwork. This helps ensure safe return and protects the work in transit.
Shipping returns
In the case that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (e.g. change of mind), shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
